EXCHANGE POLICY

60-DAY GUARANTEE

  • We believe in the products we sell. All products bought at SLRC.com or at a SLRC store can be exchanged for other products or a SLRC gift card within 60 calendar days from the original purchase date.
  • We are happy to provide a refund back to the original form of payment if the following conditions are met:
    • The product is unused.
    • The product is in the original packaging.
    • The product can be sold again in new condition.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • To initiate an exchange, bring your product along with the order number to one of our locations or complete the Online Order Return form.
  • Once we receive and inspect the product, a refund or SLRC gift card will be issued.
  • Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.

LIMITATIONS

  • Any abuse of the SLRC Exchange Policy, including fraudulent, excessive, or unreasonable returns, may result in the denial of the exchange or return, be subject to a restocking fee, or be issued a SLRC gift card instead of a refund.
