Exchange Policy

60-DAY POLICY

All product bought at SLRC.com or at a SLRC store may be exchanged for store credit or other product within 60 calendar days from date of purchase.

Refunds may be given in the same form as the initial payment if the product is unused and in original packaging and can be sold as new product.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To initiate an exchange, bring your product along with the order number to one of our locations or complete the Online Order Return form.

Once we receive the product, the refund or store credit will be issued.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.

LIMITATIONS

Any abuse of the SLRC Exchange Policy, including fraudulent, excessive, or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of an exchange or return, be subject to a restocking fee or be issued a store credit instead of a refund.
