Exchange Policy

60-DAY GUARANTEE

We believe in the products we sell. If you are not happy with your purchase within 60 calendar days from the original purchase date, you can exchange or return it depending on the product condition.
New and unworn product with its original packaging and tags is eligible for a refund back to the original form of payment.
Used or worn product can only be exchanged for other products or a SLRC gift card and is not eligible for a refund.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To initiate an exchange, bring your product along with the order number to one of our locations or complete the Online Order Return form.
Once we receive and inspect the product, a refund or SLRC gift card will be issued.
Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.

LIMITATIONS

Any abuse of the SLRC Exchange Policy, including fraudulent, excessive, or unreasonable returns, may result in the denial of the exchange or return, be subject to a restocking fee, or be issued a SLRC gift card instead of a refund.
