SLRC training groups get hands-on coaching at weekly group workouts with other like-minded and similarly experienced runners.
An established coach will be onsite to direct the workout, answer questions, and provide motivation.
More than anything, SLRC will help you set goals and stay committed, and offer help and encouragement along the way.

COUCH TO 5K GROUP
Ready to enter into the world of running but feeling too out of shape or lack experience?
Or maybe it's just been a long time. Either way, the Couch to 5K Group is designed to help people transition into running.
Join other future runners just like you at each session where you will be taught and encouraged by one of our fantastic coaches.
Workouts will be 30-45 minutes of walking progressing to running and include 10-15 minute of core work.

10K TRAINING GROUP
You know you can go out for a short 20-30 minute run, but maybe you're not ready for or interested in a half marathon type of plan.
The 10K Training Group is perfect for you!
With us you get to come and experience all kinds of fun, and challenging speed and endurance workouts to help you increase fitness, stay motivated and make friends.
This group will help you enjoy making running part of your fitness habit.
You will do a 45-50 minute run workout followed by 10-15 minutes of core work at each session.

HALF & FULL MARATHON GROUP
Need help getting ready to push your distance further to a Half or Full Marathon, or increase your speed and stamina?
Join others just like you for 12 weeks and let one of our fantastic SLRC coaches liven up your training routine with fun, and just right challenging run workouts.
Each workout will last 60-75 minutes. This training group will help you stay motivated, experience new kinds of run workouts and get you ready to reach your race goals whether it is your 1st or 50th race.
