At Salt Lake Running Company, we strive to provide the best shopping experience and want you to be confident in the service, quality, and price of your purchase with us. If you find a product you purchased for a lower price from the brand, we will price match when the following conditions are met:

• The item is currently sold at a lower price on the brand's website. Third-party sellers such as Amazon and eBay, auction sites, and online marketplaces are not applicable.
• The brand, model, version, color, and size of the item are identical to the purchased item.
• The item is in new condition and currently in stock on the brand's website.
• The price match request is made within 60 calendar days after the original purchase date.

• To request a price match, please visit one of our store locations or submit a request using our Order Inquiry page with the following information:
  • Order number
  • Item purchased
  • Link to the brand's website with the lower price
• Once the lower price is verified:
  • If the price match request is made within 60 calendar days after the original purchase date, we will issue a SLRC gift card for the price difference between the lower price and purchase price.
  • If the price match request is made within 14 calendar days after the original purchase date, we are happy to alternatively provide a refund for the price difference between the lower price and purchase price back to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
• If you would like to request a price match at the time of purchase, please visit one of our store locations and we will be happy to process the request.

• Any abuse of the SLRC Price Match Guarantee may result in the denial of a price match request.
