What personal information does Salt Lake Running Company (SLRC) collect from online customers?

When you place an order with SLRC, we collect your name, address, email address, telephone number and credit card information.

With whom is this information shared?

We share this information with authorized vendors who provide us professional services such as billing, payment processing, customer service, email deployment, business analytics, marketing, advertising, performance monitoring, hosting, and data processing. This information is never sold or shared to unrelated third party.

Mobile information will not be shared with unrelated third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any unrelated third party.

What if I join the SLRC Newsletter or messaging campaign?

By joining the SLRC Newsletter you are giving us permission to keep you informed of programs, clinics, sales, product launches and other information we think you may be interested in. We still do not rent, exchange or sell our customers’ information with any unrelated third party.

What if I register for an SLRC event, clinic or seminar?

When you register for an SLRC event, clinic or seminar we may share information with official sponsors of the event, but we still do not rent, exchange or sell our customers’ information with any third party.

How do I remove my name and contact information from the SLRC Newsletter or messaging campaign?

There is always an option to remove your name from the newsletter on our website, messaging campaign, or any email correspondence we send to you will provide an option to have your name removed from our list.

Removal of Personal Information (CCPA, GDPR, etc.)

You may request the removal of any personal information by emailing info@slrc.com with the subject line “UNSUBSCRIBE” along with your name and email address.

You may also request the removal of any personal information by texting 801-484-9144 with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

We will process your request within 10 business days in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
